Short documentary I made which describes possible links between Michael Jackson's music and Sonic 3.
This Documentary isn't just random comparisons, listen to the start. Roger Hector, who ran SEGA's Technical Institute said Micahel was planned to work on it. We *have* asked SEGA because HE WORKED FOR SEGA! Please take note of this before accusing the documentary of making un-validated claims. Si
nce this documentary was made, there have been numerous discoveries showing that most of the people featured in the credits list worked with Michael Jackson at some stage. Also I have had numerous requests for the Who Is It vs Ice Cap mix. The clip is just 21seconds however you can download it here

| Take "Who Is It?" take away the vocals, speed it up, replace it with Ice Cap, and no one will know the difference. Get rid of the vocals in Stranger in Moscow and replace the drums with that screaming like noise and you got the Sonic 3 credits.....wow.... My friend who hates Sonic was going down a list of insults and one of them was "and the music sounds like Michael Jackson made it" Interesting though. I bet if they kept MJ on the staff, they'd be in huge trouble. |

| I hate how people say it's still up to debate.. all this legal-style neutrality to something unless given a written statment or some shit. Listen to it and it's obvious, Michael Jackson worked on his game, was set to add his songs to Sonic but pulled out.. they used his songs anyway, and nothing legal really ever came up as a result, period.. yeesh! |

| I just spent awhile figuring out the chords. The MJ song is: E-flat D-flat G-flat A-flat, followed by EM7 A DM7 G A(6/9). The Sonic song is: E-flat D-flat G-flat A-flat, followed by A-flat(4/2) Fm, followed by EM7 AM7 DM7 GM7. Thus, they are very similar, except for the quick modulation to F minor in the Sonic version. The fact that the first 4 chords are the same isn't really enough evidence, but the identical use of major-7 chords in the 2nd part makes them almost too suspiciously similar. |
