Ok this video is a body profile about me, I will be doing some body poses, and flexing my muscles and body parts. After that I will list some fitness achievements and goals i want to set.
So yeah this video is for fitness guys and bodybuilders, so yeah if your not into bodybuilding and fitness you probably would not like this video. I flex and bodybuild in this video and even make my muscles twitch so if your grossed out by that kind of stuff please do not watch this video. Anyway

for a lot of reasons first I wanted to show of my other close friends that are also into fitness how I look at 210 pounds. Second I'm a big fan of bodybuilding I know I'll probably never look as good as one of them, but I would like to look somewhat like them just a little smaller those are way
to huge for me, but i do want to hopefully achieve somewhat bodybuilder gains in my muscle hypertrophy. Maybe if I lose some weight maybe I will even try to enter a few small competitions. Third reason is I'm making this video now, then I'm going to make a video 4 months later to compare how I look
ed back then (currently) to 4 months later in hopes that I lost weight and looked a lot more defined and healthy. There's no nudity in this film I promise otherwise you can give me a bad rating. In the next 4 months i will be making another fitness video to see how much weight i gained or lo
st, if I lost weight i will offer some tips and advice on how I was successful because i want to help others that are out of shape and overweight. On a side note I don't take supplements or drugs currently, i tried taking whey protein back when I was 18 yrs old for about 3-6 months but did not help
me increase my muscle mass or muscular strength so I decided to just stick to normal foods for protein and save myself the money. So yeah that was the only supplement I tried, I also use to eat some protein bars also. But I have never ever taken steroids or any other muscle enhancing drugs, other
wise I'd probably be like 10 times more ripped and would also have all those side effects they dome with, not worth the risk I think : ( , after watching Chris Benoit kill himself after steroid overdose I don't want to end up like him, may he rest in peace. I ended up giving my 80 dollar huge Whey
protein jar to my old roommate Peter because he was 6 foot and 145 pounds, so he wanted to use it in hopes of gaining more weight lmao because at the time he was pretty skinny, although my other roommate Eric Ericson aka skinny man probably could of used it even more because he was 5 11 and 119 poun

Heh yesterday i rode my bike a couple miles to the gym and worked out back and legs for 2hours rode bike to the community pool (olympic size) swam laps for about an hour and a half, rode bike back to the gym and worked on shoulders and arms, cardio(jump rope,push ups,and sparring with a friend)which all took about 3 hours. then i got home took shower ate and crashed. seriously i cant even really move my body today... cardio really makes you look good man.

You look like you lift alot but... that you dont do cardio and dont have a good nutrition diet. I used to be like that until i actually looked at myself in the mirror. i had nice arms and chest but i wanted a 6 pack lol

yeah actually I saw your profile and noticed you liked to workout and lift weights, you should check out some of my exercise videos, and by the way this body building video was in febuary, but i just made a new one on april 28th , and i have looked a lot better then this, I have been as low as 145 and 4.5 percent bodyfat but not a lot of muscle mass as a double edged sword :P Great naruto funny moments by the way :P I love naruto :)

Final Fantasy 8 is awesome!I'm a fan of Final Fantasy too and like lifting as well.You look big and powerful,but some cardio wouldn't hurt. i looked like that 2 years ago.I weighed 235pounds,but i started karate and went down to 218 pounds and maintained my strength and muscle.

-_- ugh everyone keeps saying do cardio, I clearly said I was trying to lose weight why does nobody notice this in video lol, sorry I just get annoyed when people keep saying do cardio, I already know that good grief, I wish people comment on something else besides only cardio for a change -_- Also I am a big fan o final fantasy myself favorite RPG's right now myself :) I am fitness nerd/geek, workout then come home and watch anime and play video games :P

Lucky!!! im a midget at 5 7, if i had more your height my stomach would surely be smaller, the blue hair contest was called off by my friend even though I clearly was going to lose at the time, but she thought I was bitching and whining about it, when I was actually jokingly nagging her that i wasnt looking forward to getting blue hair. Anyways I made a new bodybuilding video its my most recent video and i am bigger 235 pounds now lol

I am 235 pounds in my most recent video but i actually think it was mostly muscle this time, in this video I mostly gained fat, my waist is alil bigger too, but doesnt look to much bigger then it was in his video so check it out, and I am hitting cardio hard now took me a while to back into it, but I already lost about 10 pounds in two weeks :)

Well yeah sort of, I can lift a decent amount of weight i posted some new lifting videos, this bodybuilding video was amde a long time ago too, I don't consider myself fat though, just alil overweight, I have decent definition all over just lacking in the abbs, but now I am cutting and trying to lose the weight and get slimmer, and the fat is coming off pretty fast, although I am heavier now then I was in this video :(

I am about 100 kilos, but was probably 95 kilos in this video, I still have just a tad of abb def, but not much lol, I just need to shed some fat and get back down in the 80-70 kilo range. Thanks for commenting :)
