You didn't read the whole verse, the "adversary" spoken of is in context of people with power over you. You'll notice officers and judges are mentioned in the very next sentence.

Her English was fine indeed, so why did she tell a string of lies? And why expect any officer to believe you when you give them a line of total deception? Especially when bleeding in the first trimester is normal, where was there any call for concern with a woman who has trouble telling the truth?

Ok lets take this 1step further, I have had 5 miscarriages, bleeding is not normal in the 1st trimester, spotting is. U ask Y she did not b up front thats b/c black ppl have a distrust of police & this was an example of Y that is true.Doesnt matter that she was being deciteful, only that she requested medical attention. They were obligated by law to get her evaluated. Thats why they got FIRED AND SUED. A woman can bleed to death in the 1st trimester. These officers broke the law!

Don't make excuses for her, you can't lie to cops and expect them to believe you...As if nobody has ever requested medical attention to get out of trouble. And in those white pants, she was CLEARLY not 'bleeding'.
She has more personal issues with the police than just lying, if you listen at 7:20 the ladycop mentions "all your warrants". Even IF she won in court doesn't mean she was right, all it means is she had a better lawyer and won on a technicality.

you have no clue. I am engaged to an officer of the law and I am a public safety graduate. So I can consider myself an expert in the field. I have transported my share of Im just trying to get out of jail BS pt's. This was not one of those cases. The fact that she did ACTUALLY MISCARRY,the officers were found negligent and fired goes to prove her complaint was valid.Maybe you should consider how you would feel if it was your wife sister or othe close female in this position.MY last post on this.

The woman may have been able to speak English but not well enough to firmly and accurately articulate how much of an emergency she was in. She said she was pregnant, bleeding, and heading to an emergency room, at that point police should have escorted her there. it doesn't matter how many fucking months the woman was pregnant, completely irrelevant.

Ambulances aren't always an option, and they do charge. Also, this woman just might not have thought of it in such an emergency. Tons of people drive themselves to the emrgency room in their own cars, because they feel it's quiker. You have to WAIT for an ambulance. Also, it is irrelevent. She said she was bleeding, the fucking cops should have called one. This woman cop is a poor excuse for a human being, and I hop she's still paying her dues.

I work in a hospital and I get my fair share of attention-whoring crazies who claim to have heart failure and are having a stroke or something every other hour just to get some attention.But guess what, I still report it, I still treat every instance like it's 100% real cause the one time you falter and it's true, that's your ass on the line. They should've escorted her to the hospital, period. Once she was medically cleared, then arrested her. Thats the responsibility you have in some careers.

More than likely the commentary was forged as there are no details given, and the simple fact that the poster's commentary does NOT match the audio dialogue is more than enough proof that it's not genuine information. She clearly had no stains, bleeding in the first trimester is normal, there was no cause for concern, and she was impersonating her sister to get medical care. If she did win, it's due to a better lawyer. Probably cause she was a foreigner.

Why should they have done anything but slap the handcuffs on her? She was lying, when you lie to officers there is no obligation to believe her. She claimed to be 3 months pregnant, bleeding in the 1st trimester is normal, now if those shiny white pants were dripping red, then yeah, but otherwise normal. After that it all went downhill from there...whats your name? whats your age?...what like 20 times? They had no reason to even believe her accent at that point.

Im not saying that she didn't break the law, just that treating the claim as a serious one wouldn't have hurt anyone. They could've slapped cuffs on her and taken her to the infirmary at the jail (nurses are employed at jails and prisons to offer basic care to prisoners) or taken her to the ER (in handcuffs, we take prisoners at the hospital). And bleeding in the first trimester isn't 'normal,' it can happen and mean nothing, or it can happen and mean something bad. Every woman is different.

Some women have their period through their pregnancy and some don't, but there's still that basic maternal instinct to panic when you're pregnant and suddenly bleeding. I just think that both parties were wrong. The woman should have calmed down and answered the police and tried to handle her situation and the cops should have taken 30-40 minutes out of their time to escort her to any ER or prison infirmary, just to be sure. Both parties acted badly and now there's a dead baby because of it.

On the contrary, it's very relevant, when you start stringing a whole host of flat out lies together, the police have no reason to even believe her accent was real. Forgive me, I shouldn't say it's "normal" let me reword that as "common". Bleeding during the first trimester is very common. If I start clutching my heart, saying I'm going to the hospital, then I string a whole host of bald faced lies after that, giving a ton of false information, and refusing to answer questions, should they be expected to believe me at all? Officers deal with people trying to get out of trouble all the time. Oh what a troubled web we weave when first we practice to deceive.

thats how it works for everyone else. if you give your buddy a ride to the store and he robs the place ..the clerk fights back and kills your freind ..you can be charged with murder since your act of giving him a ride ..lead to the events..law is so twisted. videos like this ...*shack head* will
