A local got caught on the inside here and tryed duck diving a wave. The wave toppled him and banged him against the reef over and over. He was bleeding and foaming at the mouth. He died 3 days later. I have surfed off the wall on oahu's northshore on a 10 foot day a nice hollow reef break but would nevever ever ride teahupoo!
