| This guy is an idiot. When he's doing the portion on typing an SMS he fails to mention that many third party software companiies, such as spb, have full qwerty keyboards that you can download, and that the little keyboard is not the only keyboard that comes on the touch. |

| I have one, its got problems, once it goes into its sleep mode, you cant receive calls or text messages. Many times you dont ever get to see your messages till hours later! Alltel said they know its got problems and they dont even recommend it anymore and opt for the blackberry instead! Its ok other than that, but no more than 3 or 4 out of 5 stars. I personally like the Iphone more. Its internet is faster! Its just so so, texting is a MOFO as the keyboard is all touch, so ehh. |

| Usually the carrier and HTC might not give you an update to 6.1 because they are probably not in need of developing. You might want to go to independent developers for such an update. I get ROMs from XDA-Developers(.)net and that's how I get some nice ROMs for my Wing. |

| Just so you know, this phone doesn't only have a small keyboard. It's got a total of 6 optioins on how to enter text. 1-block recognizer, 2-keyboard, 3-letter recognizer, 4-touch keyboard, 5-touch keypad, and SIX!-transcriber...hint, once you're getting ready to enter text you bring up the keyboard. Now you see that little arrow on the bottom center of the screen?!! touch it, there's your SIX! options. |

| evilbadger, you dont have to, but it helps. The touch keyboard has bigger buttons, can easily be mastered. Just have to work at it. Hope that helps |
