T pain's singing is not what makes him a genius. It is his song-writing, and that's undisputed. He is also a great producer. What he has that this guy will never have is creativity. He is not the first to use auto-tune, but he used it rapping/singing. Don't hate because you didn't think of it. Anyway, his first hit "In luv with a stripper" was song partly without the voice effect. Like Maino says "Hi Hater"!
