But I prefer the memory of when Reagan -- wearing his suit jacket -- waggled his finger at the TV camera and said: "I did not have sex with those terrorists to whom I gave the missiles in violation of the Trading with the Enemies Act." When you give weapons to terrorists, you promote terrorism.
