ill share this simple experience. If you have a big problem or remain in a hard situation its excellent for meditation cos your thoughs will be centered on one particulary subject it will be easier to stop thinking and ignore the process of thinking, u can try to block it but the easiest is to ignore it.

If you stay inactive and close your eyes you will feel cold and a huge pain in your lower parts and ull see abstract lights and flashes (dont get excited this is nothing but flashes), if you stay active ( while ur mind doesnt think ) and take part in everydays life

Hi, i meditate myself but some weeks without seeing any progress. I accept that i am not going to always achieve mindfulness(or bliss). But i know just one breakthrough i am more than satisfy with myself. Make sure u create comfort before you meditate -special space(if you're going to meditate at home - set a space only for this purpose
nothing else), comfy clothing, prepare your mind, stretch your body/back - most important is focus your mind before you meditate. Now you try it..
