it is true serena should be young and beutiful,dan should not be attractive and he is , nate is supposed to be drop dead gourgeus and he's not, jenny should be brunnet and have big boobs, chuck is supposed to have brunnet hair with blond highlights, blair is supposed to be a little smaller than serena and not be more attractive than serena. they swred the cast up none of them fit the characters this show is going to stink alot !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyone who is excited for Gossip Girl should check out Leighton Meester (plays Blair Waldorf in Gossip Girl) in the movie INSIDE. Comes out later this year. She plays Josie...one of the leads. It also stars Nicholas D'Agosto, who stars in the upcoming season of HEROES and ROCKET SCIENCE.

ALL THE CAST MEMBERS ARE SCREWED UP! Except Blair. She's the only one good for the role. But Serena is supposed to be prettier than Blair, not the other way round!

ugh... puh-lease, meaghan fox would BLOW as blair! the girl they chose is perfect and the only one i'm happy about. nate doesn't have his amazing green eyes (petty, i know, which is why he doesn't really bug me) and i hope he can pull off pot-head. jenny, we all know, should be petite, VERY well endowed, and should have curly brown hair (it's not hard to dye and curl hair... is the CW on THAT strict a budget?)

i love the book
but i can tell already that the show is going to suck
the cast sucks
none of the cast is anything like the way they describe them to be in the book
and how come they don't have vanessa as a character
she is just as important
the charater that really bothers me is jenny
jenny is suppose to be a brunette with curly hair small and really big boobs

Personally, I think the only really scewed up character is Jenny Humphrey. Where are the brown curls
BOOBS! The other things just need to be tweaked a bit like: Dan should grow out his hair, Nate should be a bit more gorgeous looking, and VANESSA SHOULD BE IN IT! It's like nothing without her =[ I think Serena
Blair are perfect as they are. But that's just my opinion.

I really thought blair and serena would be HOT! but there not as the book describes them. AND JENNY common where is the hell is the big BOOOBS! WTF and why isnt Venessa in it she would of totally made the show good! but the girl who plays blair is really looks like a good actress. i HOPE this show is good because the book is AWESOME!

i think that they got blair right and nate right and maybe even chuck right.. as for you people who are asking where's vanessa she doesn't come into the picture until way later..but give me a break with jenny i mean the least they could have done with the girl that they got was give her some bigger boobs.. iuno some padding or something.. jenny is meant to have big boobs thats what she's know for!! ERGH.. oh well i styll love the book and im sure i'll love the show..
