I just watched The Zeitgeist and I am a bit surprised because I thought that most of this is common knowledge. Zeitgeist is a german word by the way and it means the spirit of a certain period of time like "The 70" and thus includes not only political and religios views of the time but also common points of view in general. It is used in social and political context as well as in a more scientific manner in the field of Psychology and Sociology.

Thank you. I found the vid before I saw this, but im glad you posted it. People should watch that vid, and read some stuff on that site. I like what this guy has done, and he has presented it to people in a believable manner. Its easier to believe in something that is given to you, than in something that is not.

True. Most people do not truly investigate things they simply take what others think. Birth records of times as well as historical texts can all be intertwined to the truth however most people base things on half crapped facts. Hi Decky, I was offended by this film not because it attacked "religion" as the producers claim (why no mention of Islam in part one?) but because it singled out and attacked my friend, Jesus, who I believe died a horrible death to rid the universe of the Dark Force and save me from myself. Jesus was anti-religion. In fact, the religious people of the day hated Jesus. Humans have corrupted the story of Jesus and sadly have created religion. We need to recover the real Jesus and kill religion.
