| Mustard is a wonderful thing when properly prepared. That which is sold as "prepared mustard" is NOT. Vinegar? Ackpht! Mustard powder, garlic, a titch of onion powder, wetted with something like a little apple cider for sweetness and tartness, then allowed to set for a few minutes. THAT's prepared. Gets your nose, and it's NOT yellow. Not that I have an opinion. |

| Yes, it is strange that I met the parents so soon, eh? But we didn't choose to date really till a few years later. I took her to my Homecoming in '82, but our first "in love" date wasn't till '85. Then I really had to meet them all over again. :-) |

| I wondered who'd get that. :-) I refuse to use regular tobasco. I even bought a bottle of Red Hot for the local restaurant so they'd have it on hand when I visit. Jim(CountryComesToTown) convinced me that the Chipotle Tobasco was another animal altogether, and he was right. So it's ONLY the Chipotle Tobasco that gets the nod from me. (Maybe the Garlic Tobasco too, but I haven't foud that in the store yet). NEVER regular Tobasco. Ever. |
