well its about 160. but you can overclock a 5000 to a higher speed than that 6400. but you need aftermarket cooling.

well my mobo is am2 and it suports this but the manufacture lock it or it the bios and it the compaq prsario sr5110nx, but i can overclock with ntune but ussaly never stays.

well its because of it not being custom built. if you want to overclock better buy a new mobo i can tell you some good inexpesive ones.

I think it's a very good CPU, but now I would buy the Phenom 9950 from AMD.. Of course is the 9000 serie from Intel much better, but expensive..
