you took too much spells. You should've concentrate in spells that gives a bonus to your main spell(s). Example: a frozen orb sorc should put as many pts as possible in ice bolt and frozen orb (can also put pts in frozen armor, shiver armor and chilling armor)

your character is not over power, its over moded on open battle net with a character creator program, thats why your skill tree is all over the place and you have all those stat points
