EDIT: Problem solved. but if anyone is experiencing the same problem, all you need to do is join another game and simply gain some more exp and it will be fine.

| Thanks for the reply, i got some exp (and for sum reason had 2 unlocked my ACOG on my AK-47 agen) and i got to rank 24 and all was fine. Thanks again. |
