Parkour is jumping, climbing on buildings. It has nothing to do with stuff in gym or tricks, flips, etc. Parkour is just building climbing and stuff like that.

parkour is "free-flowing through your environment" and u can train for it in gyms. you design obstacles, you jump over them.yes the flips and stuff is called "tricking" but u can still do parkour in a gym nonetheless. whats the difference between climbing a building inside or outside?

There is. Parkour is climbing over the common buildings, etc. Not something designed or in gym. Parkour is street sport.

this sort of thing you see is just improvisation from what you already know ( the martial arts and gymnastics they already have lernt)
i mean no one will realy teach you how to do free runing or break dancing and stuff because its all expressed uniqly and differently depending on who you are.
