alot of the pictures are of new mexico ,i reconized many of the sceens,the yucca,roadrunner and sandia mountains ,i also saw pikes peak colorado,as i lived there too for many years..beautiful pictures,i feel blessed to live in america,so big and wide that you can see forever~~~ and a day..x

Actually all of the pictures are from Colorado. I have shots of Cheyenne Mt., Sangre de Cristo, the Rockies at Rocky Mt. National Park in Estes Park, and of course Pikes Peak. The road runner and yucca were taken on Fort Carson. Other locations include Pueblo, Walsenburg, Divide and Calhan.
I passed through New Mexico over 20 years ago and fell in love with its beauty, which as you noticed is very similar to Colorado. Cloud Croft on a misty morning was particularily breathtaking.

I have to give you your props...these are some nice pictures. I've always longed to climb the Rockies. Although I've hiked much of the Appalachians (including climbing Mt. Washington) it still doesn't compare to magnitude of the Rocky Mountains. The song fits perfectly. Thanks for posting.
