In the resl world there wouldn't be much in it over a twisting road. The limit is not the machines but the driver and rider. On a busy road the bike would carve the car. On a road with lots of short straights and tight bends the bike would leave the car. Open bends and medium speed bends the car would dominate.
99 times out of 100 I have found that owners of expensive sports cars are wankers who don't know how to drive well. The Kawasaki is linited to 299. Unrestricted, not much in it.

bike is faster in acceleration and faster in high speed corners but the car would win in slower corners. cars are better at braking but bikes are limitid to 300 kph/186 mph. in fact a car would never win from a unlimited hayabusa unless you have a bugatti or a ultimate aero in your garage.
