yesterday in basketball i sprained my ankle and heard a crack at the beggining of the first quarter. it still hurts and is swollen and i have to wear a bandage. but i ended up finishing with 20 points. u need to suck it up, ill have to be on cruches for a while. plus i do this about 5 tomes a year

well your tumbling was awesome! i love you full! but i hope you feel better soon! also, i know the pain.... my doctor said that a sprain could be more painful then a break, because a sprain keeps hurting while a break hurts when it happens. Did you get better? What did the doctor do?please answer i am curious

well, sprains can hurt more then breaks... because breaks hurt mainly the moment it happens, then iit doesnt hurt anymore. Sprains on the other hand, hurt both when they happen and while they are healing. His sprain looked severe and painful

ijc810: if u want to recover quickly, stay off the foot!, keep foot elevated eg sit on the lazy boy and watch tv, read a book, ice the foot a couple times a day, just for the swelling to subside and here comes the fun part, i did this and went back to football in less than 4 days without any pain, u have to streach that foot man! only and i mean only! if u know for sure u just pulled the ligament! and its not fractured! other than that it sucks i know, good luck! speedy recovery!
