The video was shown in a public viewing in a French courtroom some time ago (well, 18 minutes of the original 27, since France 2 decided not to abide by a court order), but has not been released to the public. Today (Wednesday, February 27th) the judge should issue a ruling on Karsenty's case.

So give some examples where it hasn't ensured accuracy or promoted fairness. Plenty of other authors who use the term 'Londonistan' in reference to London and the UK overall being a hotbed of Islamic extremism. Pretty straightforward. But I guess you would want to continue to argue semantics.

Which lawyer or institution can sue France 2? How can this be a big trial with lots of international coverage? When will State of Israel and the Jewish People have a news station like CNN?
