In this video, the song pretty much speaks for itself. But, the general outline is that Harry and Hermione both have had feelings for one another, but not admitted it to anyone. This video details both points-of-view.
The sepia-tone clips represent the past, black and white-tone clips represent the present. The clip at the end is supposed to be Harry and Hermione kissing, which is the main reason that it's mostly Harry in the shot. The song is called "I Surrender" by Celine Dion. I've tried a frame technique

Hermione carried on a torrid affair for many years, even after his marriage to Ginny. Harry just didn't have the heart to crush millions of cannon shippers' dreams by revealing his true love! They even had a love child that was passed off as Ron's. (Note the HEAVY sarcasm in the above paragraph.)
