It's only boring if you play by yourself, if you have friends/willing to pay the fee to go online then it is pretty fun, the only thing it lacks is diversity,since there are only 4 areas in act 1, and really only two areas for act 2 (because they recycled pretty much all the units for some of the levels of act 2)
