It's a single player mod, but you can play in a hosted game with others.

Kurast is a good start for sets. Khalimgrad for uniques and rares. Cow level for runes.

Question. I see a ton of frame rate breakage going on when shtuff bust loose on screen. Can a faster computer and graphic card fix this or is there a real limit to what diablo engine can do? Nice butcher by the way.

The lag is caused mostly because of my computer's graphics (it's not old, but diablo doesn't work well with 3d, very powerful graphic-cards shouldn't have a problem though). The disappearing monsters is caused by diablo's engine limitations and there is nothing you can do about it.

My helm gave me the "exploding corpse" proc. I think it's the unique ravencage. I don't remember how much damage I did. Sorry. I did max titan strike, but put only a single point in Cautious strike.

As I already said, my computer isn't the problem. I can run games with higher demands with ease, it's diablo's own game limitations which cause most of the lag.

Well actually the game has its limitations as nimrodts said,it doesnt really matter how powerful comp you have,if the limit is maxed by all the procs and stuff it starts lagging and monsters disappearing.
