I completely agree. It's one of their best songs. I think it has to be one of the best rock songs ever written. Great sound, all the way through. And as someone who was sexually abused, I always thought it was great that they brought that into the light and made people deal with the reality of it and the pain it causes people.

You don't necessarily have to have a large mouth to hit high notes.I have a very small mouth and can sing in 3 octives and can hit some very high notes (take it, I'm female, so it is easier).But it does help a singer resonate, the larger their mouth and/or throat is. Once I had my tonsils out,my voice resonated easier.His mouth probably does has something to do with his unique sound and in-your-face vocals. So people shouldn't knock it. Open that mouth wide Tyler and let those notes ring out. ;)

Some words in this song were later on censured, such as "raped a little baby" or "put a bullet in his brain" They were replaced with "jacked a little baby" and "left him in the pouring rain" Great song btw :)

yea also did u kno that people made a law that if any kid killed their parent for molesting them after hearing this song it made aerosmith responsible? but it was stupid and they later took that law out

-sigh- Can I look at one Aerosmith video without seeing a coment on Steven's mouth? This is an awesome song! And his mouth...I dunno gives him character. If his mouth was tiny and he sang the first "Janie's got a gun" it just wouldn't be the same. Who cares what he looks like, he's an amazing singer for an amazing band.
