The over 40 crowd (myself included) seems to favor Ann. The young folks are putting their vote behind Fergie. IMHO they BOTH rocked the house and did it for a tremendous cause. Hopefully, all music fans can glean a little somethin'-somethin' from our respective generations!

I thought Fergie did an excellent job. Ann sounded great too, but wasn't in her best form this night. I think ann's voice normally outshines everyone, even at her age, she's quite remarkable. The fact that Heart still tours is a true testament to their talents. I think a lot of the younger crowd haven't had the privelage of knowing Heart very well and that sometimes sways the comments towards Fergie. Sounded great though.

FERGIE IS JUST PLAIN TERRIBLE. ANN is the original. So however she sounds is how the song should go.

Fergie was okay, but she was tryin to show up Ann, and it ticked me off. She's not a Heart member, so she can gt over it. :) Overall, ROCKS!

Stacy (Fergie) was not trying to show up Ann. Ann is in her 50s now and simply can't hit the notes she used to. Stacy is still young enough and has a strong enough voice with the range needed to belt out those notes (listen to some of her songs with Wild Orchid and you'll see what I mean).
