Isn't mama komodo the 1st boss? I know it's just to get to know the controls and battle tactics and has nothing to do with the story but still it should count as the 1st boss fight. Sorry if it's been mentioned before, I'm too lazy to look.

Musically speaking this is the first boss battle. That being said there are several bosses without this music.
