I sprained my ankle today ... watch your steps or your foot will look as thick like as my elephant's foot here.
PS: Some years ago I sprained the same ankle ... but a bit worse, lol ... as long as I am not moving my foot I still can laugh :-P

It always happened to strain a little bit but I always had luck nothing painful happened. Just this time I knew it was worse. But still not as bad as when it happened the first time.

Oh yeah ... painful and annoying ... I hope I won't do it again so often ... it was my second time I sprained the ankle ... the first time was actually enough, lol

I know it hurts like hell. When I sprained mine I thought I broke it becasue it felt and sounded like a bone broke. I had to crawl into the house from the garage. Sorry you are in pain!! Take lots of pain pills. lol Or Sarah can take your mind off the pain!! lol

Thank you George! The pain is "okay" ... as long as I don't walk around so much and relax it is not too bad. I am happy I didn't strained it as bad as a few years ago. It will just take a while to recover now ...

It feels already better - but this also can be a result of the cream I am using (it has some ingredients and working like a painkiller).
