No, not a problem; it's a metaphor. The song was written a while ago by Cat Stevens, then covered by Rod Stewart. It's a great tune; poignant lyrics, sweet chords! You should pick-up your trusty acoustic, and try it out!

Im not really much into this kind of music or sheryl to be honest, but when this song started playing on the planes playlist I couldnt help crying, theres me on a 13 hour plane ride on my way home cause my new perfect life with my first love didnt work out and turned into hell, leaving it all behind with a broken heart... it was 13 hours and they played it like 10!!
