arte does not suck. and they do NOT dub everything! most of it, yes.. but there are still many documentaries and even movies, just translated in subtitles. you must have been watching the channel like 24hs to make such a statement, i don't believe you did, so you unfortunately must have missed the subtitled programs.
plus there are just very few channels with high level cultural offer as ARTE. sorry you can't appreciate it!

Yeah,used to have a tv though,that had a language thingie,pretty uncommon on televisions, that mode,u could switch to the original sound by the switch of a button.. Gotta give em that.. Dont know any1 with that function on any modern tv..so whats the point Anyhow, ignore last line of my previous post, its drunk comments..nvm me
