translation-summary:He's asking her to start the vacuum cleaner to blow up his suedo-drum set. But, the drum set (as you can tell), has electronics in it. He tells her it's easier to carry this on an aircraft/automobile, then a real set of drums.
She asks about what he's doing this summer. He tells her they are going to blow up a huge drum set like the one we see, having over 1000 drummers from all over playing on the strand. Phil Collins will be among some of the guests.

Cesar Zuiderwijk of Golden Earring! This is actually a good idea, the inflatable drum kit. Then again, I'm not a drummer, but drums sure take up a shitload of space in the van.
