Thank you so much for posting this beautiful song on YouTube. David Gates was from my home town of Tulsa, Oklahoma. He went to Rogers High School there and was in classes with my aunt. My mom at the time went to Central but she knew who he was because my dad played piano in bands and my mom sang a little in bands.I think he is the reason why Bread was as talented as they were and wondering if the band is performing today. Thank you so much for making me smile with this song.
