If it is impossible to experience 'real' reality (your total altruism), and all anyone can perceive is their own -subjective?- selfishness? Then how do you have any idea what actually exists outside of your subjective selfishness? Faith? Whim? Wish? Desire? Rejection of 'fake' reality because you don't like it? Well, why can't one reject your 2nd reality for a 3rd! Kabbalah Jr. Kabbalah IS Mysticism. It is evil to call it science, and an insult to every rational person.

It can only be done in short periods of time, I know because I have been there. And just because you are aware of something doesn't mean that you get to experience. You are aware now too but you haven't been experienced. If you want to see the "truth" I would suggest researching entheogens. Entheogens are gifts to us from the earth to help pry open the third eye. DO NOT abuse them. They are sacred and should be taken with care.

As far as 'who makes the grass green', green is electromagnetic radiation at the wavelength ~ 560490 nm. No one made it that way, it just is. How a mosquito, dog, or human (or different people) perceive green does not change that fact. "Mystic Philosophers" love to imply perception effects reality, it doesn't.

My nature has no bearing on possibility or impossibility. Reality exists as reality with or without my consent, perception or existence. To think otherwise is to reject reason and take emotion, desire, and irrationality as a replacement for it. I don't know enough about this nonsense to know how you 'transcend' reality into your 2nd reality, but if it involves rejection of ego then allow me to be your altruistic target for a week (read: do my bidding) and try out Egoism.

The video says that the reality we experience is just a small part of the totality of existence, trying to draw a false comparison to stuff like x-rays, radiation, time etc. to the rest of his Sermon. He goes on to claim that the part of existence that we can't experience with our 5 senses is "Pure Altruism" and can be reached by removing your Ego. No evidence is given by this "SCIENCE". Reality doesn't let it because that's not how reality works. Try rejecting your ego on a desert island and see how long the reality of weather and starvation take to convince you that you are on the wrong path. A 'changed' perception doesn't feed you.
