Umm, alliance can do Wailing Caverns and Shadowfang Keep. And horde can't do Stockades, the only dungeon alliance can't do is Ragefire Chasm

Yep. But when I've done raids on Alliance towns and seen raids done in Horde towns there's a vast difference on the amount of guards that spawn... maybe it depends on the servers?
