ss: 330 pounds for 1, 315 for 3 reps, 275 for 8 reps All time highs and lows for bodyweight and bodyfat all at a height of 5'7: Highest Bodyweight: 235 pounds as of April 2008 Highest Bodyfat: 22% as of February at 210 pounds, never got it tested at 235 pounds. Getting it tested this Saturday at a
Bodyweight of about 225 pounds. Lowest Bodyweight: 145 pounds as of late summer (July or August) of 2004 Lowest Bodyfat: 4.5 % as of late summer (July or August) of 2004 Causes of heaviest weight gain: Due to lose of interest and slacking off in cardio/aerboic activity and getting to obsessed with
making videos and talking online to much, also increase in junk food and caloric intake hitting an all time high of 13000 calories on day, and getting over the 10000 calorie mark more then once ever in my lifetime. This was the first weight gain where I went over the 200 pound mark as well, my seco
nd highest weight gain in ever was 185 pounds never hit the 190 pound mark. But ever since I got into weight lifting I constantly lived in fear that if I ever gained 200 pounds that I would be a complete blob of fat, but surprisingly i came to accept myself and didn't fret to much about being over 2
00 pounds, although now that my health is at stake I want to lose the weight more for that now rather then looking slim and cut again perhaps. Cause of Biggest Weight Lose: My first year of college I was about 155 pounds and I gained 20 pounds of some fat and some muscle mass, but my bodyfat wen
t from 8-10% to 14-15% and i felt fat and my abbs were starting to get hard to see, so i joined a gym that was very close to my job, less then a minute away, and my current job was at subway, so all i did was eat low calorie foods and cut back on my carbs, but probably cut back to low on my calorie
s, but anyways after about 2-4 months my body went from 175 to 145 pounds (30 pound weight lose) also hitting an all time lowest bodyfat of 4.5% sacrificing some muscle mass, i looked pretty cut, but I probably lost the weight to fast due to not having enough calories in my diet, so that is why i pr
obably never maintained that weight, i only held out at that weight and bodyfat probably less then a month, then I was back up to 150 in no time.

Hey bro, I just wanted to say you don't look bad at all. I am involved in the sport too. I started at 155 and went to 207. Now around 194. I think you can completely reach your goals in your 4-6 month time frame. Just one thing I wish I would of done better in my transition. Obliques! Please work on yours, and your lower back as much as you can. Thats where I failed. Keep it up, and stick to it!

Well i was 175 back in November, its unfortunate on my part I went up as high as 235 so quickly, but have always been a sucker for sweats, and I just went through a lot of personal crap those past months, but now I am finally getting back into it, I just gained the weight to fast, but I have always constantly been trying to lose, I don't prefer gaining weight, I like being a lightweight, I use to average around 175-165 pounds, I just got lazy and other crap happened and one day I was 235 pounds.

No way man I am not taking hydroxcut unless it ends up being a last resort and I can;'t lose the weight naturally, but this was an old video I am now about 214 pounds, so I have lost a total of 21 pounds, a week before this I was 235. And hydroxcut is expensive I need to save up my money for more important things.

Your calories are ... ( 2 months ago by b0219u)
Your calories are way too low for your bodyweight, which will ultimately cause your weight loss to stall. You have some respectable muscle. I would recommend fish oil to help with the abdominal fat, timing your carbs near your workout, and reducing the long term cardio and adding in high intensity intervals. Your cortisol is through the roof, which in turn makes it hard to drop weight. Also gorge on greens, broccoli, spinach as they will make you more alkaline and lower cortisol.
i respect your ... ( 2 months ago by Jerichosquink)
i respect your advice, but I am fine with my current diet, also a lot of those things you mentioned i don't even like and there is no way I am going to force myself to eat those, also 2000 to low at all for my size, its only to low if I go below 1900, I even saw my nutritionist about it and she said it as fine, this was an old video, but now I am at 214 so i will continue what i am doing, but thanks for your thoughts.
Look I am not going ... ( 2 months ago by Jerichosquink)
Look I am not going to be a super serious bodybuilder, I just am trying to get back to where i once was at 175pounds, I looked pretty decent back then, and i may compete for fun, I am not doing it to win or be the best, only small comps for fun, I am serious to an extent but certainly no where near pro level, and i am not going to jinx myself now i have already lost 20 pounds, so I will continue to do what i am doing now, this was an old video, but thanks for your feedback as well.
