| Forestloves. There's a lot positive in what Lennon is saying. Look what Religion has done. Over the centuries have died in what people believed was the will of God. Sure I'd like there to be a heaven but because some people believe in Heaven, suicide bombers blow themselves up because they believe in a heaven and that they will be rewarded. |

| Yes, but is it religion that has done it, or is it society as such, which religion is a part of? Suicide bombers are nothing but a side-effect of social evolution. If everybody loved and cared for eachother, they wouldn't kill themselves, even if they believed in superheaven, don't you think? :) |

| It is a positive message when you think about it. Why do terrorists in the middle east do suicide bombings? Because they believe they are doing the right thing in order to go to heaven. John wasn't saying don't believe in God, he was just against religion. And when you look at history what's the main thing that has/is separating humans? Our different beliefs in religion. You don't have to follow a religion to be a good person. |
