I agree, the only person to who we can finally really think of is ourselves... at the same time life is not interesting if you only think of yourself, your money, your sex, your drugs, your goals. It would make me feel like a robot. I think it's interesting to use medias like this, but, I think too that he's a scum, at least in this aspect of his life.

Conditioning people to embrace and unleash innate selfishness does not a good society make. Many studies have indicated that self-control is a far better path to satisfaction and happiness. The phenomenon described in the video is perhaps the primary reason for the decline in the developed world over the past eight decades despite improvements in quality of life.

I can agree that the nature of humans is to be selfish anyone who has previously stated that is correct. The problem is we simply arent taking care of ourselves the way we should. A smart selfish person is one who realizes that mass consumption of products and food are harmful to the self. Let's me intellectual and selfish and preserve our earth, our food, and our bodies. It's hard to be selfish when there is no living self.

Shut the fuck up. Bernays was a credit to propaganda, which you may think is bad, but it was propaganda that made men join the military and fight in the world wars. Your probably alive right now because of propaganda and people like Edward Bernays.

The example of "men join(ing) the military and fight(ing) in the world wars" because of propaganda doesn't offset the fact that Propaganda was initially used to instigate those wars.Propaganda is an unfortunate fact of life and can't realistically be avoided.
Bernays should be considered as historical material to learn from, especially when situations call for you to get emotionally involved in anything vaguely political.

i heard the americans realy love there adds but hear when adds on i change channel and watch something else for 3 min or so till adds are over but i was brout up with that
