I've had CFS for 28 years and each year it gets worse.
From day to day,I don't know how disabled I will be.
I am very blessed that my family is supportive and helps me when I am in bed.
How did you get better?

Thanks for giving back, I have had M.E for 8 years. I hit a really low point last year, and they tried to take my incap off me this year. As well as having CBT by someone with no people skills what so ever. There is always hope...I want nothing more than to get well so I can have kids...but as a man I keep being reminded that there is no 'kids window' for me, even by professionals. oh well 'thats ok then' :eyesroll: Thanks again for the video and sharing.

i flew to africa two years ago and when i landed there i got a severe head problem and i feel as if i am living in a dream every day its hard to concentrate and i have brain fog and i cant do anytrhing the doctors say its nothing nothing showed in blood tests can anyone please reply to this and tell me could this be cfs thankyou xx !!

Have you researched "quinolone toxicity"? If you took a quinolone antibiotic your illness may have been related to that...It's what happened to me...Look up FQ victims or FQ research websites. Please do.

Christian persecution of me because I am gay when I was in middle and high school (and a complete virgin at the time, BTW) contributed to the severe stress/adrenal burnout that precipitated my CFS. If you're proposing prayer as a way of treating this medical disease, go to H*ll!

No email address, also no mention of how many have and are dying!!!! No mention of multisystemic dammage including organ failure. No mention of irreversible dammage..... No clear "medical protocol towards recovery", and finally, no email contact.

I have had M.E for four years, since I was 15. I missed my education since my school didn't believe M.E was a real illness, so they didnt give me support with sending work home. I know exactly what you mean about not being able to eat on or even enjoy Christmas day! Four days ago I started getting my sense of smell back - Everything I smell now makes me feel sick. I didnt even realise my sense of smell wasn't working well all these years. I was too tired. I really wish I had some support.

As I understand it- if you recover from ME, it wasn't ME to begin with? See "A Hummingbirds Guide" on the internet. Either way, congrats on your recovery!
