SOme people - even some cultures by their custom or religions - don't beleive in the dessecration of a body through unnatural means like embalming. Even without the invasive cutting and prodding being considered, the modern chemicals are mostly man-made and therefore not natural.

When I married my husband, he was an funeral director and embalmer and used a hand injector. My father bought my husband an injection machine as a wedding present. And my husband LOVED IT! So did I. Left him with more time on his hands for me.

Arterial embalming isn't bad at all, as long as you don't mind seeing blood. Aspiration, on the other hand, can be quite nasty to preform (it smells, too).
